► For graduation procedures, students who are successful after the thesis defense must submit the final thesis, including any changes made to the thesis after the defense, along with the printed and electronic copies to be submitted to the Institute. A second Originality Report from the plagiarism program and the Originality Declaration Form must be submitted.
► Subject to passing the thesis exam and meeting all other graduation requirements determined by the Senate, at least three bound copies of the master's thesis must be submitted to the Institute within one month of the thesis exam date. A copy of the printed version of the thesis must be submitted to the Institute electronically (CD, DVD, etc.) along with the thesis.
► The Thesis Data Entry Form must be updated before the thesis is submitted. The thesis data entry form is a document containing the thesis's title, author name, reference number, and other bibliographic information, available at (https://tez.yok.gov.tr/UlusalTezMerkezi). To update the form, users must authenticate via e-Government using their Turkish ID number and e-Government password and log in to the system.
► Once the form is completed and the "Save" button is clicked, the system generates a "Reference Number." The reference number on the thesis data entry form is used for editing and checking at the National Thesis Center. Prepared PDF files must be identical to the institute-approved copy of the thesis. The author must ensure that page numbering and the placement of images, figures, graphics, and tables within the main text of the thesis are identical to the printed thesis. The file containing the full thesis must be uncompressed and unencrypted. The name of the file (PDF) in the electronic format must be the same as the reference number.
